Snowracer
You can hardly demonstrate more elegantly what is going on in the part of Uwe Ehinger’s brain that is responsible for motorcycle design than with the Snowracer:
A Harley rigid frame with 1936 VLH motor – but with overhauled 46 U heads, if you please, because of the cooling system. Primary belt drive: preferably home-made - in collaboration with NHPower. Gearbox – no experiments: the Baker 6-in-4. Brakes? Why not a Behringer inboard custom job? Mill the oil tank yourself, triple tree, handles, etc.: generally made at home. The thing ought to blast off.
Emphatically put: the Snowracer makes the tradition of the 1930s Daytona beach races and the historic racing philosophy of Harley-Davidson both race- and street-ready with ultramodern, individually produced components with factory-typical perfection.
Prizes at custom competitions around the world are therefore practically built in as standard.
