Grasshopper

Who says that the color of an Ehinger Kraftrad bike always has to be subtle? Exactly. So in this case, we decided to go for a more catchy shade from our favorite color chart - the RAL palette - and selected the aptly named “Grasshopper”.

Who says that the color of an Ehinger Kraftrad bike always has to be subtle? Exactly. So in this case, we decided to go for a more catchy shade from our favorite color chart - the RAL palette - and selected the aptly named “Grasshopper”.

First we moved the stainless steel exhaust to the primary drive side to create a panoramic view of the 1948 Panhead engine. The engine itself is powered by a classic Magneto, which keeps the electrics nice and lean. The coupling is traditional – not in the sense of old, but typical for Ehinger in collaboration with NH Power.

With great pleasure and a little bit of pride, we would also like to draw your attention to the air filter cover. It is the most recent product from our new Ehinger parts catalog. On the Grasshopper, it is mounted on a Dell'Orto carburetor, but there are, of course, also adapters available for the air filter so that it can be combined with other carburetors such as the CV/Keihin and S&S Shorty.

Now the Grasshopper with its 19/21 inch tires and a narrow handlebar integrated in the fork tubes is ready and waiting for just one thing: for the countryside to turn green.
